Encuentro & EncuentroU 2021

Encuentro Missions provides mission opportunities for teens and families and now college students (EncuentroU). For the past 50 years, they have facilitated trips in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala and Costa Rica. Over 250,000 volunteers and 2 million hearing the Gospel message. Dues to COVID-19 we are moving our dates which means registration is now open until December for 2021 trip.
NMD NYI will be participating with other districts throughout the US (July 24-31) to be the hands and feet of Christ in Guatemala. Registration cost will be around $639 (does not include plane fee). Follow the steps below:
1. Register at encuentromissions.org
2. Click on Registration Tab
3. Go to Register Team Members
a. If registering for entire church put number in
b. For Team Name put NMD
4. Contact Pastor Jeremy (revjgomez@icloud.com) with number of participants

EncuentroU (College Age Students)
EncuentroU is designed for post-high school young adults who want to make a meaningful difference in the world from (looking at July) Guetamala. You will be involved in the fast paced, and sometimes unpredictable, life of missions, while being immersed in the culture of those communities. You will not return home the same as when you left. The people you meet, the love you share, and the things you see and do will stick with you for a lifetime. Your life and the lives of those you’ve served will forever be changed.
